Do you sell wholesale to retail stores?
We do accept wholesale requests from selected brick-and-mortar, specialty children retailers and exclusive gift boutique to carry our little handmade wonders. Please send your inquiries using the Contact Page or email to happymadeco@gmail.com Mention your store name, Tax/Reseller's ID#, URL & inform us the items you’re interested in carrying.
What shipping method do you use?
We generally ship once every week. Our primary method of shipping is U.S. Postal Services First Class Mail or Priority Mail for both domestic and international shipment. Domestic and International Global Express shipping is available upon request. Please note that the cost of shipping does not include any local customs, duties or import taxes for which the recipient is held responsible.
U.S. and non U.S. Shoppers: please make sure you give us correct and detailed mailing address. We prefer not to use PO BOX addresses for mailing. We are not held responsible for any undeliverable items.
For Canada/EU shoppers: Your purchase outside Canada/EU maybe subjected to customs/VAT charges -- please check with your local custom office/post office to find out more information before purchase. We are not responsible for any fees or disposals of packages by the international custom office.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Our custom decorative mobiles and personalized keepsake items are normally shipped within 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase (we're also considering the complexity of the item design and quantities of custom orders you're ordering).
Depending on your shipping destination, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for domestic delivery and 1-2 weeks for international delivery. Extra time for delivery during the holiday season should be expected (the rush starts in September through January).
What if an item was damaged during shipping?
If your order arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us at happymadeco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will inform you the mailing address to return your damaged item. Please make sure the item comes with its original box and packaging material. Happy Made Co. will only send out a replacement after we receive the damaged item.
Do you accept returns and/or exchages?
No, we don't. All sales are final. Our artisans hand-crafted each of your personalized order with great care and thoughtful craftsmanship. Because of the nature of our handmade creations, we do not accept returns; so please order your item carefully! We ONLY accept request for exchange due to damage (shipping defects) or company mistakes (which never happens so far). Exchanges must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of receipt in it's original packaging. Email happymadeco@gmail.com to notify us of your exchange request with your order number.
What is your privacy & security policy?
Any information given to Gifts Define is strictly confidential and used only for processing your transaction. Your information will NEVER by used, sold or distributed for any other purpose. All transactions are encrypted and checked for authenticity throughout the checkout process using appropriate privacy and security safeguards.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept these following form of payments:
1. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or regular account payments all through PAYPAL. Your financial security is our highest priority. You're protected from any unauthorized payment made from your PayPal account. If you don't have a Paypal account or not familiar with how Paypal works, please visit this page.
2. We also accept payment by CHECK or MONEY ORDER (U.S. customers only and order minimum of USD 150). Please email happymadeco@gmail.com and we will inform you our mailing address to send the check. We will process your order after we receipt your check.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax of 7% is only charged for items shipping to the state of Florida.
How do I care for my Gifts Define item?
Items made with real wool felt can be delicate. Your Gifts Define item is best stored away of any liquid, sharp object and direct sunlight, to prevent fading and aging. Because it is a hand-crafted product, item is not as durable as other machine-made items, please avoid pulling any parts of the dolls and always handle your item with care. Products are NOT washable. When exposed to warm air or rubbed against rough material (i.e. hanging a mini doll from your bag); the yarn or wool material may fray. Use a small-tip scissor to fix it and brush softly with the palm of your hand.
How do you process my custom colors deco*mobile order?
Thank you for having us to work with you in creating unique custom colors deco*mobile! We will process your custom deco*mobile project after your full-payment is received. Our talented artists will group your design ideas, color choices (see color chart ) or any nursery/bedding pictures/URL. Based on that information, we will email the custom order proof to your email. At this point, you could make one revision (color changes) to your custom colors deco*mobile. We will email you the revised proof within 2-3 working days for your final approval. After you approve your custom project, we'll forward your custom deco*mobile to production. Depends on the intricacy of your custom project, please allow 1-2 weeks for us to handcraft and ship your custom deco*mobile project. Please email us at giftsdefineinc@gmail.com to send photos of your nursery/bedding colors/design or to ask any further questions.
Any changes to the overall mobile design or requirement for extra revisions will be subjected to additional fees.
What are the display alternatives to hang my deco*mobile?
Here are two alternatives we can recommend to hang your deco*mobile:
1. Hang the mobile on the baby crib: Using a Mobile Attachment Clip which you can get at our online store. The clip comes with a large rubber grippers that help secure the mobile and protect your crib rail at the same time. To view Baby Mobile accessories please click HERE.
